What We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, business name, which plans or automations you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.

We also use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate page traffic. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How We Use It

We use your contact details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare the free preview you asked for. That's it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to deliver email (our email provider, Resend) and host this site (Vercel).

The Client Portal

If you become a client, your portal account holds your business name, your plan and fees, the settings and guardrails you choose, and the requests and instructions you send us. This is stored in our database (Supabase) and reachable only by you and the Supergence team.

Two features in the portal send text to service providers who process it on our behalf. The assistant sends your messages and your account details to Anthropic so it can answer you. The Ad Studio sends your advert brief and your business details to Anthropic to write the concepts, and sends the resulting image description to Higgsfield to draw the artwork. Neither provider is given your contact list, your customers' information, or anything beyond what that request needs.

Adverts you generate — the copy, the image description and the artwork — are stored in your own private area of our storage and are visible only to you and the Supergence team. Nothing generated in the portal is published, bought or placed anywhere without your explicit approval.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

Your Rights

Under Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll respond promptly.
